Our 3-hour home visit and supermarket trip has been designed to provide you extra support at home and when you visit your local shop.

 

In the three hours, we will go through your kitchen contents with you and identify what is working and what might not be working when it comes to your nutrition goals.

 

We will then head to your local supermarket and help you do the best weekly shopping!

You can add this service on top of any existing programs for £125, or you can book it for £150.
